New professorship in sustainability studies |
| Carl Bennet and the Marianne & Marcus Wallenberg Foundation have sponsored a new professorship at SSE, allowing internationally acclaimed Martina Björkman Nyqvist to continue her important research on development economics and children's health and education.

New professorship in finance

| Thanks to a donation from Katarina Martinson, SSE has established a new professorship: the Katarina Martinson Chair in Finance. The position will be held by Professor Mariassunta Giannetti, ensuring that Sweden and SSE keep one of the leading professors in financial research.
