 |  |  |  | #1 Friends of KSE | A strategy to help Ukraine win the war (and become a successful member of the EU)

 |  |  |  | In support of the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE), we have started the charitable foundation Friends of KSE in Stockholm, Sweden. Since April 19 2022, the foundation have raised more than 500 000 Euros to support the students and academics within and outside Ukraine.
What's next? The event "A strategy to help Ukraine win the war (and become a successful member of the EU)" is set to be held on Monday, November 7, 2022, 16.00 - 17.30 CET at the Stockholm School of Economics premises. Speakers: Tymofiy Mylovanov, President of KSE and Nataliia Shapoval, Vice President for Policy Research at KSE. More information about the upcoming event to be announced!

 |  |  |  | #2 Workshop | The Economics of Air Pollution

 |  |  |  | A new FREE Network project focusing on Climate and Environment In 2021 the FREE Network initiated the Forum for Research on Eastern Europe: Climate and Environment (FREECE). The long-run goal of FREECE is to provide guidance for policymakers in the region on how to promote economic development that is environmentally sustainable.
To kick start the project FREECE, a full day workshop event on air pollution will be organised by Julius Andersson, Assistant Professor at SITE. Confirmed speakers: Sefi Roth (LSE); Claudia Persico (American University); Marion Leroutier (Misum at SSE).
Save the date: The workshop will be on Friday, December 2, 2022 at the Stockholm School of Economics premises. More information about the upcoming event to be announced!

 |  |  |  | This year's SITE Development Day conference will focus on supporting the reconstruction of Ukraine with a particular emphasis on an EU and Swedish perspective.
